American Society for Yad Vashem

The American Society for Yad Vashem (ASYV) was established in 1981 by a group of Holocaust Survivors, spearheaded by Eli Zborowski z”l.  Our mission is to perpetuate the legacy of the victims and survivors of the Shoah through research, education, publications, exhibitions and philanthropy.  For more than 40 years, ASYV has worked alongside Yad Vashem, The World Holocaust Remembrance Center in Jerusalem, in an effort to both remember the past and shape the future.

Our national office is located in New York, with representatives located in California (Western Region), and Florida (Southeast Region).
